During the summer of 2001 I will join America by Bicycle for their Across America North Ride. The trip is fully supported. America by Bicycle provides ride leaders, SAG wagons, bicycle mechanics, daily meals and luggage transportation. Approximately 50 cyclist will participate, the majority from the U.S. The tour crosses the following states, from west to east: Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, New York, Vermont and New Hampshire. The tour also passes through Ontario, Canada. The ride begins on June 16th and ends August 5th.

During the last section of the tour (Niagara Falls, NY - Portsmouth, NH) I will be joined by three good friends, Sue, Barbara, and Connie. Their arrival will make the end of the ride even more memorable.
