Thanks again for all your nice notes. I apologize for not responding to every note I've received. Also, apologies for not sending postcards.

Lauren and Julia Burns:

How is your summer going? Did you see some fireworks on the 4th of July? I have had a very nice visit with you Aunt and Uncle. Say hello to your parents for me.

Erling Heistad:

Please have some cool weather and no mosquitos for us when we reach New Hampshire.

Errol and Naomi:

Congratulations on your granddaughter Sophie. I hope everything else is going well.

Tray:

You would not like to see my food journal at this time, neither would you like to know about my stretches. But, I am riding well and have enough energy to arrive smiling at the hotel at the end of most rides. The heart monitor is my "bible."

Sonja Pouncey:

You must do this ride 2003. I know that you would love it as much as I am.

Marilyn:

Happy that Abbey's surgery went well, and I am sorry I wasn't home to host a 4th of July party.

Barb Jacobs:

We are all so happy to hear about Harold's speedy recovery and release from the hospital. I am sure he will continue the healing, and I know that he is thinking about when he will be able be riding again. Send him my best.

Birgitta and Frank:

I know the rehearsal dinner and wedding will be wonderful. I am sorry that the Cole family won't be able to attend. Send warm wedding day wishes to Anne and Erik.

Maja i Stockholm:

Hoppas att resan till kina gick bra och grattis till nytt barnbarn.

Frank:

Yes, everyone is reading this, but I guess free speech is the name of the game in this world. How much riding are you taking time to do? Say hi to Kim when you see him.

Cameron Vaughter:

I will talk to you after I get back on August 6th and answer some questions you might have. Enjoy your summer.

Andrea:

I will be back on August 6th so I look forward to seeing Sabine and her friend when they are visiting.

Asa:

It was great visiting with you and you can read about that very hard day on my page. I don't want to do another 10% descent ever again!

Craig Kirkpatrick:

Our ride to Oceanside was good training for my now almost daily centuries. Say hello to the Main Street gang. I think of you all often and know you would have a great time being here with me. One of our riders is 75 years old and will be leaving soon to participate in the Senior Olympics (Time Trials) in Florida.

Laila:

What happened to Hotel Laguna and our SWEA meeting? Are the dates the same?

Hillenius extended family:

+26°C låter kyligt. Här har vi +41°C. Det är varmt ock gott. Ha det skönt.

Kathy Oxford:

We will arrive at Portsmouth on August 5th. With "only" 60 miles to ride that day we should be at our hotel no later than 2 or 3:00pm. Hotel and address is listed under Hotel Info on my site. I would love to meet your sister there.

Anabel and John:

Congratulations to Kern and Gina and to all of you. Have a beautiful Sequoia camping weekend and thank you for thinking of me.

Reni:

It is a long time away, but now, when the beautiful scenary is no more (only flat praries) I am thinking of our upcoming trip to South America. I brought some guide books with me, but have had very little time for reading or have been too tired.

Bill and Gina:

I hope Tray is back now. I don't want to see you lose your fitness.

Carol and Chuck:

Thanks for the letter. It sounds like a very interesting and diverse trip. I hope that you feel better soon Carol.

Annie:

Jo tack min lilla stjart, som blir mindre och mindre, har klarat sig riktigt bra, tack och lov. Många har haft problem.
