During the summer of 1998 I joined my cousin Ingvar in Sweden for the Vätternrundan. The Vätternrundan is the world's biggest organized bicycle ride and began in 1966. The course is 300 km and circles Lake Vättern. My secret to a successful ride - eat two Swedish hotdogs at 3:10 a.m. just before the start.
